These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mobile applications provided by 3rd Tiger ("we", "our", or "the Company"). By using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Users may access and use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The use of the App is intended for users aged 14 or older, unless otherwise specified.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the App or official channels. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes

4. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

Our Apps may display third-party advertisements or content. We do not control and are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including those caused by force majeure or user negligence.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Company or other users.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, South Korea.
